Job Description

We’re looking for a Project Superintendent to join us. You'll lead daily on-site operations for Government/Military projects - ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Job Title: Superintendent (Government Projects)

Salary: $100,000-$120,000

Location: Stonington, CT

Key Responsibilities:

Safety:

• Maintain job site safety and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and meetings.

Scheduling:

• Keep the construction schedule up to date.
• Coordinate material orders and inspections.

Job Site Management:

• Oversee all construction activities and maintain an organized job site.
• Ensure projects are completed to quality standards and within financial goals.

Communication:

• Send weekly project updates.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and the team.
• Report daily progress and issues to the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Project Superintendent in construction. (Federal Project experience strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of construction processes and methods.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
