To that end, our Chelsea Facility
Elevator Operator is responsible for ensuring safety and integrity of all art and artifacts moved within the Chelsea location. In addition to physical requirements, this role also provides the utmost customer service experience to Crozier Fine Arts Customers, as well as providing discretion and privacy to customers and their items.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Fulfilling customer requests within the Chelsea Facility - elevator rides to/from viewing rooms, distribution of materials (i.e. equipment, hand tools, materials), providing requested deliveries to customers within the space, problem solving
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, as well as exercise the strictest discretion with client and company information at all times
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the business/industry through the assistance and apprenticeship with the art handling team from processes to industry standards
- Other duties specified by onsite management
QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge and passion for all things art related, including the latest industry advancements
- Skills - Effective and efficient communication to clients and coworkers; strong attention to detail; discretion; and follow-through; and self-motivated
- Must be able to meet physical demands of lifting, moving, heavy objects - bending, kneeling, crouching, standing for extended periods
- Must be able to lift a min. of 50 lbs unassisted.

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM
