Job Description

Title: Food & Beverage - Project Executive (PEX) or Operations Manager (OM)

Reporting: Reports to Business Unit Leader or Vice-President of Operations, depending on the Business Unit's structure.

General Description:

• Senior management role overseeing multiple projects or one large project (>$75M).
• Responsible for project success, including quality, profitability, schedule, and client satisfaction.
• Active in recruiting, strategic planning, and business development.
• Liaison between operations and business development.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Project budget, schedule, documentation, profitability, safety, quality, and contract compliance.
• Recruiting, staffing, training, and development of staff.
• Client satisfaction and business development.
• Strategic planning.

Key Duties:

• Lead and oversee projects, participate in estimates, write and execute subcontracts, and manage owner contracts.
• Establish profitability goals and monitor schedules.
• Approve documentation processes and change management plans.
• Oversee billing, payments, and cost control processes.
• Ensure safety compliance and lead meetings.
• Develop client relationships and participate in business development.
• Provide leadership and career development for subordinates.
• Lead recruiting and staffing efforts.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 12 years project management experience, with at least 2 years as Senior Project Manager.
• Proven success in a senior project management role.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Full understanding of subordinate staff roles and coordination.
• Solid understanding of Business Unit Leader role.
• Ability to lead operational parts of the Business Unit and integrate with strategic plans.
