Job Description

Koddi is excited to announce a UI/UX training program geared towards recent graduates with Graphic Design or Web Design and Development degrees as well as recent grads who have completed design relevant bootcamps! The Koddi Cohort Program is an intensive 8-week training program that includes all aspects of User Experience at Koddi. In addition to technical training during this program, and on an ongoing basis, we will also provide instructor-led and self-paced leadership development opportunities. Program Highlights Work with industry-leading experts to gain hands-on knowledge and experience Gain a comprehensive understanding of the Koddi business Have the opportunity to share and present ideas with team members Participate in leadership workshops and soft skill development Receive executive mentorship and peer-to-peer support throughout the program > What you will do Execute user experience, interaction and visual design Consult and collaborate with team members and stakeholders on designs, requirements and strategies Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to execute the product roadmap Produce wireframes, user flows, mockups, visual design comps, and interactive prototypes of your UX ideas Efficiently and thoughtfully iterate designs by adjusting to technical requirements, engaging users and stakeholders and incorporating findings into the design Stay informed about digital advertising and design trends, and share insights to drive forward-thinking design solutions Construct working prototypes as part of new product validation Communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user-centered design process to stakeholders Contribute to improving UX processes, including participating in design critiques and Retrospectives. Focus on learning and maintaining attention to detail in design elements such as fit, finish, and polish. > What skills and experience you bring Graduating with a Bachelors or advanced degree in Graphic Design or relevant degrees or successful completion of relevant bootcamp coursework Graduation/Bootcamp completion date no later than May 2025 Good at solving problems and thinking things through from first-principles Knowledgeable on design process from conceptualization to implementation, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals Comfortable working and presenting with Figma, and can create variables & dynamic components to supercharge the design process Understand how users interact with digital products, including navigation patterns, information architecture, and flow Familiar with user research methods (surveys, interviews) and usability testing. Ability to gather insights to inform and iterate on designs Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and receive feedback constructively Excellent communication skills and eagerness to learn Enjoys working in a fast paced environment with high collaboration Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Availability to be onsite for the duration of the program Monday-Friday in our Fort Worth office Availability to work Full Time after the cohort program >
