Job Description

A cybersecurity firm based in Vermont is looking for an Offensive Operations Manager to lead the red team for their firm. The team focuses on infrastructure and web application penetration testing.

The role will be based in Vermont if local, or remote if you are in the Northeast and can travel periodically to the team in Vermont.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and lead scoping efforts of offensive security engagements and manage/assist with scheduling for team
• Motivate and mentor team while establishing and building a collaborative culture
• Build repeatable processes to ensure high delivery for customer engagements
• Work across executive team to build goals for team against profitability, utilization, etc.
• Build productivity/operational budget metrics

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree and//or 7+ years of experience in the cybersecurity space (related to pen testing)
• At least 3 years of experience within a cybersecurity services firm/team with experience in penetration testing/vulnerability assessments
• Highly capable of managing priorities and strong communication skills
• Experience leading customer-facing teams
• Industry certifications are a plus
