Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Store Operations

• Oversee the daily operations of the luxury optical boutique, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of opticians, sales associates, and support staff.
• Maintain an elevated store atmosphere aligned with luxury brand standards.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and team performance to ensure optimal store coverage.
• Ensure compliance with optical industry regulations and company policies.

Sales & Client Experience

• Collaborate with team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Deliver concierge-level service to clientele, offering personalized eyewear consultations.
• Oversee the fitting and styling process to ensure customers receive premium service.

Marketing & Community Engagement

• Partner with the marketing team to drive foot traffic and in-store events.
• Develop relationships with other local businesses within the community.
• Implement client retention programs, including exclusive events, loyalty rewards, and personalized follow-ups.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2-3 years in luxury retail management (preferably in optical, fashion, or jewelry).
• Strong understanding of premier level eyewear brands and industry trends (Optician licensure not required but a plus).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative thinker with a knack for problem-solving.
• Ability to deliver consistent results in a laid-back office environment.
• Ability to maintain store aesthetics, follow luxury brand guidelines, and ensure premium service standards.
