The coach will attend a mandatory two-day training session provided by ACSA. On-going training will be provided throughout the school year. Teachers College of San Joaquin accepts applications for part-time positions on a continuous basis. Although the position is posted year-round, it does not imply there are immediate openings. Applying helps the Teachers College of San Joaquin create a pool of applicants who are eager to work with one of the various programs offered at TCSJ. When there is an opening for an instructor for a particular course, the coordinator reviews applications to determine if there is an applicant with the appropriate experience, expertise, and credentials required to fill the position. If an applicant's background matches the needs of the course, the program coordinator will contact the applicant for further consideration to be hired. Applications are valid for approximately one year from submittal. If after one year, you have not been contacted but you wish to remain in the pool, you will need to re-apply.
